Strategic HSSE Lead, Drilling & Wells

Hibiscus Petroleum is seeking a Lead Specialist (Drilling & Wells) based in Menara Citibank, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves overseeing Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) matters, developing policies, and enhancing risk management practices throughout drilling and wells operations.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of industry experience, specifically in supervision and incident investigation, with a focus on cultivating a strong HSSE culture in the workforce.
