Strategic LATAM Data & Analytics IT Director

L'Oréal is looking for a highly skilled Data & Analytics IT Director LATAM to lead strategic data initiatives across Latin America. You will manage teams, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with the company's overall data strategy.

This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking, along with excellent Spanish and English skills. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with over seven years of team leadership experience in Data & Analytics solutions, while also being able to handle budgeting and vendor management.
