TFG Limited is seeking an Organisational Effectiveness Consultant I based in South Africa. This role focuses on delivering organizational effectiveness strategies, developing operational plans, and supporting team performance. Responsibilities include designing initiatives, evaluating their impact, and implementing assessment processes. The ideal candidate should have an Hons or Masters in I/O Psychology and be HPCSA registered. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups according to the Employment Equity Act.
