Oceania is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our Auckland Support Office. This full-time fixed-term role focuses on translating business needs into effective HR solutions while navigating complex employment relations within New Zealand legislation.

You'll collaborate with managers to enhance employee experience, support organisational change initiatives, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. With at least 5 years in HR, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent coaching skills, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's mission.
