Job Description

Please note: This role requires a minimum of one day per week in the office, with flexibility to attend up to – days per week in line with business needs.

As a People Partner, you will provide a high-quality, strategic people partnering service, working closely with leaders to align people initiatives with business strategy. You will drive performance, engagement and change while embedding organisational values, culture and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic people partnering support to achieve business objectives, including change management, performance, absence and attrition reduction, talent identification and workforce planning.
Develop and implement People Plans aligned to business and corporate strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert consultancy on people risks, capability gaps and organisational challenges.
