Strategic Planning Manager (Real Estate Experience ONLY)

We are hiring Strategic Planning Manager. The Strategic Planning Manager - External Investment will be responsible for identifying evaluating and executing strategic investment opportunities outside the UAE. This role involves conducting in-depth market research, developing comprehensive business plans and formulating strategic initiatives to attract and secure investments from international investors.

• Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment strategic planning or a related field with a focus on international markets.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing evaluating and executing real estate investment transactions.
