Strategic Project Engineer - Entry Level (US)

We are seeking an entry-level Strategic Project Engineer. This position is in the Operational Excellence Department in Richland, MS reporting to the Switchgear Americas Cluster Operational Excellence Manager. The position is accountable for ensuring product/process integrity for high voltage circuit breakers through the development and implementation of systems that support internal processes such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Marketing, EHS, and Quality.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Designing and implementing end-to-end operational project plans for engineering-based initiatives, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
