Strategic School Improvement Partner

Educators Wales is seeking an experienced Improvement Adviser for secondary and special schools in Pembrokeshire County Council. This part-time (0.4 FTE), fixed-term position aims to enhance school performance and support schools in statutory intervention.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, substantial experience in secondary education, and a successful track record in school improvement. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
