About the Role
Sephora is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to support sourcing initiatives across multiple business units, with a strong focus on technology and e-commerce. This role will be instrumental in negotiating supplier agreements, guiding stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, and driving strategic sourcing efforts in high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage RFP/RFI processes to ensure alignment with Sephora’s purchasing policies.
Negotiate contracts for software (on-premise and SaaS), hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal business partners.
