Strategic Supplier Performance Engineer

Vertiv is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role will evaluate and develop key suppliers to align with Vertiv’s standards while acting as a liaison between procurement and suppliers. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in supplier development. Significant travel (80%) is required, and English proficiency is a must. A Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
