Strategic Technical Account Engineer — NPI & Customer Tech Lead

ASM is seeking a Key Account Technologist in Singapore who will act as the product expert, supporting customer contacts and coordinating the introduction of new products and improvements. The successful candidate will manage technical aspects and drive project success while understanding and aligning with customer needs.

Key qualifications include a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in relevant fields, along with at least 7 years of experience in semiconductor wafer processing. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
