Strategic Total Rewards Leader

Frazer Jones in Singapore is looking for an experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead the total rewards strategy for a leading organisation. You will report directly to the CHRO, leading a small team while influencing senior stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20+ years of relevant experience, a proven track record in senior leadership roles, and strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
