Strategy & Business Development Consulting Principal

The Consulting Principal role operates independently to guide the Seattle Children's executive team, board of directors, and the workforce to establish and maintain strategic relationships, optimize work structures, and oversee people management.

This role provides strategic vision and thought leadership to service lines and complex system-wide functions, assesses, leads and guides project teams through critical strategic initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. The position directs and develops system-wide processes that determine the allocation of strategic, financial, capital and human resources across the organization. Consulting principals proactively identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and navigate both anticipated and unforeseen obstacles.
