Strategy & Growth Expert - UAE National (various positions)

The Strategy & Growth Expert will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and transformation programs that align with the company’s long-term goals. This role will work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic priorities are effectively executed, governed and monitored for impact.

• Lead the annual strategic project portfolio planning and approval process in alignment with Board directives, ExCo guidance and business unit input.
• Oversee portfolio of strategic and operational transformation projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for large‑scale CAPEX projects to ensure process discipline, visibility and timely cross‑functional support.
