Strategy & Operations Manager - Payments

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a business lead for our Payments segment. You will play a pivotal role in co‑driving the segment strategy along with your product counterpart and ensuring the successful delivery of high‑impact initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

• Hands‑on leadership experience leading EU payment projects.
• Experience solving complex problems using SQL for data analysis, creating business cases, as well as P&L and KPI monitoring.
• Experience complex project management and aligning with multiple stakeholders on complex payment products.

In This Role, You Will

• Co‑drive the creation and refinement of the segment strategies, enabling decision and trade‑off decision making.
• Create business cases to assess both initiatives and experiment impact.
