1. Structure Strategic & Financial Topics
Understand and structure complex strategic, operational, and financial challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and action items.Support CFO-relevant topics such as cost transparency, policy adaption, performance drivers, investment prioritization, and business case development.Prepare structured analyses and decision documents for senior management.2. Support Strategy, Transformation & Governance Initiatives
