Strategy & Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Country Vision: Working with the Country Presidents and Managing Directors as well as Boeing Global Director of Globalization Planning to articulate an aspirational vision for Boeing's operations in the key countries of the region. This must be based upon a deep understanding of the region's capabilities, needs and aspirations and how these add unique value to Boeing's business units.
• Country Plan: Working with the Country Presidents, Managing Directors, Boeing Global Director of Globalization Planning and business unit and functional representatives to develop and maintain plans for the key countries of the region that identify key near‑term objectives and actions required to achieve those objectives.
