Strategy & Planning Analyst

**Role Overview:**

The Strategy and Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in several key functions of the department: (1) Board of Directors and Committee Engagements, (2) Corporate and Growth Strategy (3) Enterprise Business Plan and (4) Office of the CEO/President Support. The Analyst will build expertise in strategic planning, business planning, analytics, competitive analysis, market research, and M&A evaluation. This role provides support to ensure Board agendas, materials, and follow-ups are tightly aligned to strategic priorities and executed with a high degree of quality and reliability. The individual will help shape and synthesize enterprise strategy, support development and consolidation of the Enterprise Business Plan and related market/functional plans, and translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives.
