Streaming Content Producer

WBRE/WYOU seeks to hire a streaming content producer to produce and manage content for digital platforms, including a connected television app, YouTube channel and website live streams. This is a technical and creative role working closely with the digital team, newsroom leaders, reporters and engineering team.

+ Content creation: Work collaboratively with the team of video journalists and reporters to create content that's optimized for multiple platforms, including broadcast television, websites and social media

+ Content curation: Schedule connected television app programming by crafting blocks of engaging content. Manage YouTube strategy to increase audience size and loyalty.

+ Organization: Organize source materials into multimedia pieces and aggregated video streams.

+ Live Stream Production: Assist with live streams of breaking news, daily events and pre-planned programming.
