Structural and Architectural Inspector

Archibat HR is seeking a Structural and Architectural Inspector for one of our clients, an international architectural design firm, in Dubai.

The Structural and Architectural Inspector will ensure construction quality and compliance for high-profile hospitality and residential projects in Dubai. You will inspect work on-site, verify materials and methods, and ensure designs meet approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect structural and architectural works (concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, MEP coordination points, etc.).
• Review shop drawings, materials, and samples for compliance.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work follows approved plans and Dubai building codes.
• Document site observations, non-conformities, and progress with photos and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve issues.
