Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed 2D & 3D roofing drawings for IBR, Corrugated, Klip‑Lok and concealed‑fix systems.
Prepare roof layout plans, sheeting details, flashing details, fixing schedules.
Draft roof refurbishment, re‑sheeting and corrosion‑repair drawings.
Detail waterproofing interfaces, gutters, trims, penetrations to SANS and manufacturer standards.
Coordinate roofing documentation with structural steel (trusses, purlins, girts, frames, walkways).
Produce GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings.
Conduct site measurements for roofing and structural components.
Update drawings based on engineering changes and site conditions.
Assist with BOQs, material lists and cutting schedules.
