STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL SPECIAL FACILITY

We’re looking for an experienced Structural Engineer/Civil Coordinator to oversee civil engineering coordination for 220kV and 33kV GIS substations (ESF area). The ideal professional will have 10-15 years of experience working with consultants or contractors on recently completed 220kV or 400kV substations within TRANSCO/utility projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate civil engineering scope for substation infrastructure foundations, cable trenches, equipment pads and structure integration.
• Review and validate civil designs (ETABS/SAFE) interfacing closely with substation layout electrical and structural teams to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and TRANSCO stakeholders through site execution and handover phases.
• Provide inputs for foundation design, soil investigation review and civil detailing aligned with TRANSCO standards.
