Structural Engineer - Resilience & FORTIFIED (US Property Consulting. WFH)

Work Schedule: 10pm - 7am PH (Monday - Friday)

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field) required. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or SE), Registered Architect, Engineer Intern (EI) or IIBEC certification (RBEC, CBECxP) preferred; FORTIFIED accredited evaluator a plus
• 3+ years of experience in risk engineering, loss prevention studies, or site-specific wind evaluations for commercial and multifamily properties.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting structural drawings, wind load calculations, and building envelope systems.
• Deep understanding of ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads and Associated Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures.
• Familiarity with FORTIFIED standards for commercial and multifamily buildings and/or ASTM Standard Guide for Property Resilience Assessments.
