Omega Subsea is strengthening its newly established Engineering Department and is seeking an experienced Structural Lead to take ownership of deliverables across our project portfolio. This role is central to building and governing the structural and fabrication discipline within the company. You will ensure high-quality engineering deliveries, strong subcontractor follow-up, and compliance with offshore standards, client specifications and contractual requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, internal engineers and subcontractors, you will contribute both to ongoing project execution and to establishing structured engineering processes, templates and governing documentation.
