Description
Summary: Responsible for performing welding and grinding functions per job specifications. Selects equipment and plans layout and assembly of welding. Works closely and interacts with supervision. Works with precise limits and standards of accuracy.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”Efficiently produce quality welds. Perform or assist with fit‐up and preparation of welds.Perform or assist with post weld cleanup, inspection, and repair.Communicate regularly with the Field Foreman with regard to issues and concerns on the job site.Comply with all Matrix safety policies and programs.
