TekCom Resources is seeking a Structured Cabling Technical Trainer to support the development and advancement of field technicians across structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced structured cabling professional with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for mentoring and workforce development.
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and enforcing a standards-based training program focused on structured cabling installation, testing, documentation, safety compliance, and industry best practices aligned with BICSI methodologies and company standards.
