Description

The Department of Medicine is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support the Division of General Internal Medicine & Health Services Research. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative and office operations, including data entry, document scanning and filing, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, coordinating facilities requests, and supporting special projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience in a collaborative academic healthcare environment.

Hourly range: $17.90-$26.00

Qualifications

Required:

+ Registered as a UCLA student
+ Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.
+ Previous office experience. All Req.
