Student Enrollment Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend and reply to all student enquiries within 24 hours.
• Recruit a minimum of 15 students for each intake / batch.
• Research for new leads and assist in generating new leads.
• Send daily progress reports, updates and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on available student data and/or seek new data to encourage enrolment.
• Systematically follow up to convert leads into active students.
• Register students and prepare their documents.
• Manage and update student data.
• Update students on upcoming activities.
• Assist in generating sales for the company.
• Oversee and/or assist in international marketing activities.
• Monitor social media platforms and ensure the marketing team posts daily content.
• Inform the company about potential and upcoming local or international aesthetic medical events.
