Position Profile

Humber River Health, a fully digital hospital in North West Toronto, is seeking a Student Nurse Extern for the Alternative Level of Care (ALC) facility at the Reactivation Care Centre – Finch site.

Employment Details

• Employment Status: Temporary, Part-Time.
• Duration: March 31, 2027.
• Hours of Work: Rotating shifts, 8 or 12 hours, days/evenings/nights/weekends.
• Location: Reactivation Care Centre – Finch site (subject to change).
• Labour Group: Non Union.
• Salary Range: $17,600.
• Reporting Relationship: Manager, Reactivation Care Centre.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal support to HRH patients.
• Assist with basic activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, toileting, feeding) for up to 10 patients.
