Job Description
We are recruiting a Student Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils with engagement and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 mentoring support
Support behaviour and classroom engagement
Encourage positive routines
Work closely with school staff
Skills & Experience
Experience working with young people is desirable
Supportive and consistent approach
Strong communication skills
