Student Wellness & Care Navigator

Northern Valley Indian Health is seeking a Case Manager responsible for supporting students' wellness needs through case management and connecting them to necessary resources. The role includes providing crisis support, maintaining collaborative relationships, and managing ongoing cases while ensuring students navigate mental health resources effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in social work, licenses such as LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC, and experience working with diverse populations. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
