**The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools as well as the involvement on strategic productivity projects.
**Core Responsabilities**- Data collection and analysis to detect productivity projects.
- Support LCI team on strategic DMAIC productivity projects.
- Update VSM to detect improvement opportunities- Document and update internal processes.
