About the job
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and product development. As a Student worker in Sales Engineer, you will be working together with the remaining Sales Engineering team in translating customer needs into technically viable solutions within our marine portfolio, ensuring the right product fit while balancing technical limitations, cost, and performance.
Apart from Sales Engineering you will work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Engineering & Supply, playing a key role in complex customer projects—sometimes assisting the technical dialogue, sometimes enabling it behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
Support the technical evaluation of customer requirements together with lead Sales Engineer and match them with Alfa Laval solutions within the Marine portfolio (e.g., Scrubbers, heat exchangers, E-Power Pack, etc.)
