Job Description
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure photoshoots run smoothly and on schedule, manage and coordinate all bookings and calendar planning, and organise logistics for both in-studio and on-location shoots to ensure proper preparation and seamless execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-shoot follow-up. Communicate with clients to clarify their goals and expectations for their photoshoot, and ensure these are reflected in the planning and execution.
- Assist in creating content for social media, coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and client outreach. Also help gather client reviews and referrals.
- Ensure that all photography and studio equipment (cameras, lighting, props, backdrops, etc.) are in good working order, maintained, and available for use.
