Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Sales Assistance: Work closely with the company’s national and international showrooms to provide stock updates, lead times, sample orders, reserves, and ensure order fulfillment. Assist the sales associate in fulfilling sample requests, managing follow-up communication, assisting with new customer outreach and planning meetings and small in-studio events. Methodically document customer activity in our CRM and manage customer mailing lists.
Production Management: Manage and place purchase orders for fabric and wallpaper production. Place purchase orders for wholesale linen orders and manage linen inventory.
Order Processing + Fulfillment: Process all Trade Direct and online orders. Create shipping paperwork. Track order payments, shipments, and deliveries.
