Job Description
Summary
Provide exceptional in-store personal sales and build a loyal clientele within a luxury menswear environment. Use holistic selling techniques to understand client needs, prepare tailored merchandise selections, and drive repeat business through appointments, fittings, and follow-up. Represent the brand by delivering high standards of customer service and contributing to store presentation and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Perform personal sales and holistic selling on the sales floor to develop and retain clientele.
- Prepare for client appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add‑on sales.
- Conduct follow‑up with existing clients regarding alterations, fittings, appointments, and other needs.
- Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and promote related benefits.
- Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance, and team sales initiatives.
