Subcontract Program Management

**Description:**
You will be the Subcontract Program Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, managing cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance, and developing strategic subcontracting plans.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Program Management you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team that drives subcontract program success for the M270 Fleet Expansion and HIMARS programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a team of subcontract managers to oversee critical subcontracted systems.
+ Direct cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance of subcontractors.
+ Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program plans.
+ Manage all phases of subcontracting from business case to contract execution.
+ Establish milestone objectives and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
