Job Description
We are recruiting for passionate and dedicated Young Person's Substance and Complex Needs Worker to join our new team, providing vital support to vulnerable young people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping.
As a Young Person's Substance and Complex Needs Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that the young people in our care have the environment, resources, and support they need to thrive. You will help provide high-quality accommodation and guidance to foster independence, helping each young person develop the essential life skills they need for successful independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day support to a caseload of residents with complex and coexisting needs, ensuring they are appropriately assessed and supported and to work collaboratively with specialist substance misuse services and Adult Mental Health Services to ensure these needs are met
