Substance Use Strategy and Resource lead

OVERVIEW

This role supports the hospital's commitment to improving the quality, coordination and access of substance use services and supports hospital departments and in collaboration with community and system partners. The position provides digital leadership to strengthen evidence informed approaches to substance use resource navigation staff education clinical pathways and coordinated internal and external partnerships that improve access, continued and quality of care for people with substance use needs.
