Job Description
Essential Functions
- Maintain a configuration baseline registry for each customer, tracking deployed versions, change history, and performance against design intent.
- Lead Quarterly Technical Success Reviews, delivering ROI analysis, drift findings, upgrade impact assessments, and optimization roadmaps to customer stakeholders.
- Leverage deep Salesforce platform knowledge Apex, Flows, LWC, data cloud/data 360, and custom configurations to diagnose issues and assess enhancement feasibility directly within customer environments.
- Own production deployment approval for all post-go-live configuration changes, ensuring no undocumented changes enter production environments.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support for general configuration questions and issues
