Success Plan Manager (SPM) is the primary trusted advisor and orchestration lead for SAP Premium Engagement customers. The role includes the strategic responsibilities of a Success Plan Manager ensuring the end‑to‑end success of the customer throughout the Customer Value Journey (CVJ).
