Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. This is a strategic role focused on defining future-state HR technology architecture, aligning SuccessFactors capabilities with business objectives, and guiding global implementation teams through complex transformation programmes.
