Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal assessments of SRU & SWS engineering standards
• Lead benchmarking workshops across manufacturing facilities
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and shut-down
• Distribute technical best practices bulletins bi-monthly
• Participate in Business Plan development for SRU & SWS
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
