Join our team this summer at High Sierra Pools!
We are currently looking for lifeguards and area lifeguards to join our Gainesville, VA area team. Our rates for certified lifeguards are among the highest in the industry!

If you’ve got good swimming skills and are looking for a fun summer job where you can make a difference in your community, this is the job for you. Flexible summer/seasonal schedules are available including full-time, part-time, and weekend-only work.

Lifeguard Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the pool each day according to the scheduled hours

Regularly treating the pool with the correct amount of chemicals

Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout the shift

Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions

Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe
