Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on site construction activities for K-12 ground up and campus addition projects in the Houston area. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and experience working in active or occupied school environments while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on site construction operations for K-12 ground up and addition projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and school district representatives
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and cleanliness
• Manage work in active or occupied campus environments when required
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for field execution
