Commercial Construction Superintendent

An award-winning and highly respected Montana commercial general contractor looking to add a Superintendent to oversee project for their Billings location. 

This position is well-suited for a Superintendent who runs organized jobsites, holds subcontractors accountable, and takes ownership of safety, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
• Maintain responsibility for jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule execution
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Plan work sequencing, manpower, and site logistics
• Enforce project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Communicate daily with Project Management to resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate field documentation and daily reports
