Key Responsibilities

• The Superintendent – Civil will work with subcontractor supervision, directing activities to project priorities, ensuring that required support is available, and monitoring labour and equipment levels for efficiency.
• Works to a 90‑day look‑ahead schedule and provides leadership and guidance to site‑based construction supervision (multi‑discipline) and construction contractors.
• Assist subcontractor in finding the best method to execute the works.
• Monitor daily construction details and daily progress in the area (PPC).
