Superintendent Geology

Qualifications

• BSc Honours Degree in Geology
• Registration with SACNASP (Pr.Sci.Nat preferred)
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant mining geology experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
• Sound knowledge of mineral resource estimation and grade control practices
• Strong proficiency in geological modelling software (e.g. Datamine, Micromine, Surpac, Leapfrog)
• Extensive experience in open pit mine geology in a senior or leadership capacity
• Proven expertise in resource modelling, reserve estimation, and geological database management
• Demonstrated experience in the administration and management of complex drilling programs
• Sound understanding of open pit mining operations and production processes
• Must be declared medically fit for duty
