The Field Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations for interior commercial construction projects across Texas, with a home base in the Houston area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with 3–5 years of field experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, gain hands-on leadership exposure, and grow quickly within a fast-paced, lean project environment.
