for our Lansdowne 2.0 Project in Ottawa
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor field staff on-site while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment;
Manage daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules;
Maintain strict safety standards and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment;
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners, building positive working relationships that drive project success;
